I am a Washington, D.C. based, Emmy winning Director of Photography, Editor, and Producer currently working at Google. Before that, I worked as a documentary and podcast producer at Tegna Media and Vault Studios.

I grew up curious and a lover of great stories. As I was coming into my teenage years, I realized that there were so many incredible people, ideas, and places to experience in one lifetime. Just maybe though, by telling stories with a camera and with the right partners in crime, I would be able to briefly enter into all of the worlds that I wanted to experience.

I love movies. I love the way a film can transport us to a faraway place. The way they can, in their own way, give a voice to those that do not have the opportunity to speak for themselves. I consider myself a life long learner, and I chose filmmaking as a way to entertain, educate, and (hopefully) inspire others along the way. I enjoy taking creative risks and I am always gently pushing myself to tell the story in the most compelling and dynamic way possible.

Oh yeah... I also love anything Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings.
